The editorial team for the fiction works submitted feel it necessary to outline the ethical guidelines we have decided upon to make fair choices for publication.

• We will strive to remain unbiassed in our editorial process by reviewing works without any identifiers from the author.

• The published stories will be selected on a merit based system.

• We won’t talk about our editorial process outside of the workspace.

• Sensitive content will only be published with the collective agreement of the entire editorial team.

• In order to avoid conflicts of interest, there will be an editorial submission section, and upon recognition of a shipmate’s submitted work, we will pass off the editing duties to another party.
